Workfully raises €1.2m seed round to build the most trusted recruiting experience
Barcelona-based recruitment firm Workfully has raised €1.2 million seed round to fuel its product growth and expand its team. The round was led by Indico Capital, followed by PitchDrive, Segways Ventures and Bheros.
Although 2023 was a rough year for both startups and the recruiting industry, Workfully has managed to maintain consistent growth, serving companies and recruiters alike, right when they need it the most.

In fact, the recruiting service industry is a $700 billion market, composed of 150K recruiting agencies with no technological leverage, delivering services to companies in the same way they did 20 years ago.

Although fixing the trust problem in the recruiting industry is Workfully's primary focus, the company will use the funding to also further develop our HireSkilling offering, which enables enterprises to attract, hire, train and coach high-potential, diverse talent into the technical roles of the future.
