Seasia Infotech is an Indian-based company that offers digital solutions to businesses worldwide that help brands leverage design, development processes and software technologies with personalized customer experiences.

Among these solutions include web, desktop, mobile application development, QA, IT and IOS apps. The company’s CEO Rupinder Pal Singh elaborates.

Tell us about Seasia Infotech?

Seasia Infotech is a CMMi Level 5 Certified Company. We were incorporated in the year 2000 as the offshore development center of Hewlett-Packard – State & Local Government Division.

The company has grown to offer a bouquet of services to automate, digitize, and modernize diverse business networks. We have worked in collaboration with Hewlett Packard (HP), and today, we are the global leaders in providing next-gen consulting and digital services for business transformation.

With more than two decades in the software industry, we have built a strong clientele across more than 50 countries. Leading businesses leverage our wide range of customized services to accomplish their business goals.

At Seasia, our prime focus is to deliver solutions that bring about a change in the operations and workflows, and eventually modernize the processes while reaching out to wider markets & demographics.

Who founded Seasia Infotech and what are their professional backgrounds?

The company was founded by Rupinder Pal Singh and Col. Anil Khanna.

While Rupinder was previously the Head of Automation Movement in the state's rural and cooperative banking, in association with NABARD, Col. Anil Khanna is an army veteran, having served the Indian army for over two decades.

Who are the owners of the company?

Col. Anil Khanna is the Managing Director of the company, and Rupinder is the CEO. Seasia is a Private Limited Company and is owned by a Board.

What would you say are the dynamics shaping the IT industry?

Information Technology is an ever-changing industry. In order to stay relevant, it is essential that I guide my company to keep up with emerging technologies. I also checked a recent report from Gartner that mentioned the machine learning market is expected to reach $8.81 Billion by 2022.

At Seasia, my team and I have worked hard to build expertise in most emerging technologies. We have been the pioneers in transforming the digital world with the Data Revolution and using the latest technologies. With more projects in the pipeline, we hope to continue to do so.

Why did you start your Seasia Infotech? What opportunities did you see?

Being able to work for yourself is an incredible feeling, but combined with the opportunity to serve others well, it is an emotion like none other. For me, the turning point that I could do something in this domain was the realization that the IT world is lagging in so many aspects. I started with the goal of fulfilling the promises we made as a company and maintaining long-term relationships. So, the spark to start my company was ignited back then as I started creating things out of sheer love for programming.

Startup culture was non-existent back when I was looking to establish Seasia. With several projects on my mind, I anticipated that with the decrease of the screen size, the functionality will increase every day. It was the time I decided that I needed to focus on digitization. Over time, I have observed that IT is so flexible that it can craft solutions and cover every single aspect of the industry.

What problems does your company solve?

My motto at Seasia is to digitize businesses all around. We serve globally and have worked in multiple industries such as healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, government sectors, and insurance, among others. Our services and our best delivery process provide us with the capability to address real-world challenges and earn genuine possibilities to add value to our prospects all over the globe.

What gives Seasia Infotech the competitive edge?

My company, Seasia, yields new business solutions consistently to multiply the capacity of businesses to work better, smarter, and more seamlessly through AI and ML technology solutions. We have an eye for skilled professionals in the new era of technology training. We have strong facets of our business that make us stand apart from the competition.

Our business market segmentation is a lot more different than others, and our customers know that we are always there for them. Our rigorous test procedures, running projects, and learning programs provide equal opportunities for skilled professionals in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, machine learning, robotics, blockchain, and more, and give us an edge over our competitors.

Who forms your customer base?

Our customers range from businesses and business owners who weren't to strengthen their presence in the digital domain to entrepreneurs who are just getting started with their digital marketing journeys. We cater to clients from all kinds of industries, such as manufacturing, information technology, apparel, food, and more.

What does Seasia Infotech need in order to grow?

I am happy to share that Seasia is growing at a steady rate year over year. In order to make sure that nothing affects our growth, we aim at hiring the best people and primarily focus on our established revenue sources. We are also emphasizing more on risk reduction and increasing our adaptability to maximize our client base.

I believe it has also become very important to have a strong social media presence to introduce oneself as a pioneer in the digital marketing domain. Building a strong personal as well as a professional brand on social media could be a great leap forward in the direction of growth.

What is your growth strategy?

To continuously improve upon customer satisfaction. We've been looking to do so by offering our clients and customers multichannel support, acting upon the data acquired from customer surveys, and getting better at figuring out their exact requirements to deliver services and products that match their expectations just fine.

In which countries are you looking to establish your presence?

We already have offices in various countries, such as Australia, Canada, and the United States, among others. Instead of expanding our offices to more countries, we'd much rather focus on improving and strengthening our facilities at these existing locations. North America, for instance, forms a big part of our client base.

A couple of years down the lane, I see us expanding our offices in the regions that are emerging as big players. These include East Asia, MENA, and Europe.

What are your plans for the coming 12 months?

Since the pandemic hit the world, a lot has changed. Everybody seems to have realized the importance of a digital landscape to have a safer environment around us.

Over the next one year, we aim to make our organization more flexible for our employees and our clients by following the hybrid work model.

As an IT service provider, we are all set to avail more platforms for businesses that are serving COVID-19 hit areas. We are open to all kinds of discussions along these lines with small as well as large business enterprises.
